All funds raised by SJPA will be given to the academy to go towards enriching the learning environment and experiences of all the children of St. James' Church of England Primary Academy.
The aim of the Parent Association is to advance the education of the children of St James by:
- Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school;
- Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the children.

Committee members are voted in at our AGM. This years AGM was held on 7th February 2017, at the library (Chapel Road). The next AGM will be held early 2018. The above positions are voted for and held for a term of 1 year.
