This term Seahorse Class have shown how resilient and courageous they are. Our first week back was a real success and everyone was quick to settle in and get on with their learning.
We started the term by showing our investigative skills as part of Science Week, when we investigated rainbows and light and bubbles.
The children had lots of fun taking part in the experiments - they showed that they are already scientists by wanting to find out why things happen and how they happen, even if the outcomes would change if we did something differently.
We ended the week by trying to trap each other in giant bubbles; we had to change the recipe as it was not working at first. However, with some patience and experimentation, we did it!
It was also World Book Day and the children worked hard thinking about the characters in 'Bee and Me' and how they would feel if they were a bee in a big city with no flowers!
It has been wonderful having the children back and eager to learn.
