Uniform Information

Please see below the required uniform for St. James’ Church of England Primary Academy.  We believe it means that the children are always dressed sensibly and appropriately for the many activities they take part in throughout the day.   It is also a unifying factor, helping to create a feeling of community and promotes pupil proudness of being a member of their school.

Uniform also helps promote the high standards that are expected and help the children enter school with the correct attitude towards their learning.

OUR SCHOOL UNIFORM

We are able to provide school uniform at cost price, direct from Uniform Base in Chatham.  All items come with the embroidered logo.

Due to limited storage space, only some items are held in stock; however all are available to be ordered and collected from school.    If you wish to make an order, please collect a form from Reception.  

Alternatively, uniform can be purchased directly from the Uniform Base shop in Chatham (11 Railway Street, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4HU).

We are also pleased to offer, courtesy of the St. James’ Parents’ Association, quality, second-hand uniform, which they sell at regular opportunities throughout the year.  You will be notified of these opportunities when they occur.  

ALL ITEMS OF UNIFORM SHOULD BE CLEARLY MARKED WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME
